Barnet comes together to remember those who lost their lives in battle.
Once again Remembrance Sunday gives us all an opportunity to pause and take a moment of quiet reflection in memory of those who have lost their lives in conflict. They will never be forgotten.
A two-minute silence was held at 11am to commemorate those who died during two world wars on Remembrance Sunday yesterday– and the country fell silent again at 11am today.
Large crowds gathered around War Memorial during the services around Barnet, where wreaths were laid.
Lest We Forget.
