James acquired Chas Lowe Estates in 1996, having previously worked in property sales in the local area for many years. He has brought the company firmly up to date but without losing sight of the highly regarded standing that we have in the local community, both amongst our clients, property professional and local community projects. The last three years his team have achieved The Best Property Estate Agent via the British Property awards for the whole of Barnet. His vast experience in the industry means that you can rest assured that his valuation of your property will be honest, reliable and accurate.

Michelle joined Chas Lowe in 1997, having previously worked in the Estate Agency industry with James. She has a vast knowledge of the local markets, and her local experience and knowledge is invaluable to the continued success of Chas Lowe. Roger joined Chas Lowe in 2004, with a 20 year background in sales and lettings. He has lived in and around the local Barnet area his entire life, and has a broad knowledge of both sales and lettings. His amiable personality makes him a big hit with landlords and tenants, and his practical approach to any issues arising makes him a popular member of staff.

David came to Chas Lowe in 2009, bringing with him over 20 years experience in the property sector. He has worked for several local agents in and around Barnet and his knowledge of the area and properties within it is second to none. His meticulous approach to the needs of both clients and applicants sees him successfully securing sales and lettings on a regular basis who strives to satisfy all of our clients building on a valuable reputation.

Lorna has been at Chas Lowe since March 2002, originally joining as secretarial support to the sales and lettings departments. She is now responsible for all matters relating to administration and accounts, including property management, block management, sales and bought ledgers and office procedures. She has lived in the local area for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience with both sales and lettings.
